Zoe Raymond and Sindy Ang

I did a shoot with Zoe, Sindy and Chester a week + ago, and we had so much fun. I was very tired but when we saw the photos at the end of the shoot, it was all worth it, because I think the photos turned out fantastic.

Zoe, Sindy and I were picking our favorite photos, and we ended up choosing more than half of all the photos!! Hahahaha. We were laughing because EVERY photo was nice. "This one is nice!!" "This one nice also... this one also nice.. Wah this one nice!!" You get the picture. :)

Professional/ Commercial Rates

Classic makeup + hairdo $95 per pax

$180 for 2 pax ($90 per pax)*

$240 for 3 pax ($80 per pax)*

Personal classic makeup includes faux eyelashes, makeup base, eyebrow shaping, and basic hair styling.

Please note: Transport fee of $20 will be charged if makeup services are required from 5pm to 7pm.

Personal Makeup lessons

1 to 1 - Basic makeup 1.5 hour $180

2 pax - Basic makeup 2.5 hrs $240

3 pax - Basic makeup 2.5-3 hrs $300

Group of 5 or more- $80 per pax

(Advisable to have minimum 2 pax, so I will be able to demonstrate on each person.)

Course syllabus:

-Foundation application and different types of foundations for different skin types.

- Eyebrow shaping, accordingly to your own face shape.

- Eyeshadow and eye liner application, with different various types of eyeshadow and eye liner.

- Curling eye lashes, applying mascara and faux eyelash application

- Blush application and how to choose colors for different skin tones, or makeup looks.

- Lipstick, lip liner and lip gloss application

- Tools of makeup and cosmetic hygiene

- Basic makeup brushes and basic makeup products for beginners

Half day shoot -Studio/ Indoors (4 hrs <) $380**

Half day shoot- Outdoors (4 hrs <) $480**

Full day shoot -Studio/ Indoors (8 hrs <) $580**

Full day shoot- Outdoors (8 hrs <) $680**

-> Per extra hour $100

-> Rates include Makeup + Hairdo services for up to 8 talents/ models. Additional $50 per extra talent/ model.

**BRIDAL RATES**

1. Trial makeup +hairdo session $120

2. Bridal ROM 1 makeup + 1 hairdo $200

3. Bridal Studio Photoshoot
-1 makeup + 1 hairdo $200
-2 makeup + 2 hairdo $300

4. Bridal Outdoors Photoshoot $350

- 1 makeup and hairdo @ bride's home

- Follow and touch up for 3-4 hours

4. Bridal Actual Day 1 makeup + hair $250 (ie for church wedding)

- Add $150 for second makeup + hair for afternoon luncheon.

5. Bridal Actual Day and Evening makeup + hairdo $450

6. Optional styling for groom $95

-Light makeup to cover dark eye rings, blemishes etc. Hair styling with hair gel, wax or clay.

7. Complete Bridal package:

Trial + ROM + Bridal Photo studio shoot 2 x Makeup and Hair + Bridal wedding Actual Day and Evening + Styling for Groom $800

(For the above complete package, 30% non refundable deposit payable upon confirmation. In event of cancellation, deposit non refundable as compensation for turning down other bookings.)

20% discount applicable if you book minimum 3 bridal makeup +hairdo sessions as a package.

(For ie: Trial $120 + ROM $200 + Actual Day $450= $770. Less 20% is 616.)

Payment is by cash ONLY after every session completed. For ie after Trial session $120 payable, after ROM $200 payable, and after AD, balance minus 20% off total, payable.

You may also choose to pay 50% deposit upfront, and the balance 50% upon completion of makeup services on wedding Actual Day.

I have a guarantee that if my cilents are not fully satisfied with the makeup, they only need to pay me 50% of my rates. Ie. $95 for one pax makeup and hair, I will accept only $40.

This is an act of goodwill on my side, so please do not be dishonest. :)

This guarantee only applies to classic makeup ($95/ pax) and bridal trial makeup $120.

Please kindly book a trial makeup session to try out the makeup before booking me for Bridal makeup sessions.

FAQs:

1. How long does it take to do makeup and hairdo?
About 1- 1.5 hours. Bridal makeup and hair 2 hours.

2. Where do you do the makeup? Can you come to my house?
I can come to your house or the hotel, whichever location is more convenient for you.

3. Do I need to wash my face and hair before the makeup session?
Yes, I need a clean bare face and clean dry hair to work on. I recommend washing and blow-drying hair the night before. Cleanse, tone and moisturize 15 mins before makeup commences.

4. Do I need to pay deposit to confirm the booking?
For normal makeup, there is no need to pay a deposit. I will collect payment on the day itself after the makeup and hair is done.

5. Do you accept payment by cheques?
No, I only accept cash payment.

Cheque payment is only accepted for bridal package deposit. (Balance to be paid for in cash upon completion of makeup and hair services on Actual Day.)

6. I dont see any photos of your bridal makeup on your blog. Do you have any of your previous work to show me?

I do not take photos of or use photos of my cilents on my blog, because I understand that some people may not be comfortable with their photos being on the internet.

7. What is makeup lesson? And do you come to my place?

I also provide basic makeup lessons to people who wish to learn how to do makeup properly. I can go to your home.

Its best to get a friend who's also keen to join in, because then I can demonstrate on one, and the other can watch. Most people own quite a lot of makeup products but do not know how to use them properly. I advise people on how to use the products they already have, to enhance their features so they can look their best.

If you do not own any makeup, I can also advise you on the basic makeup items you can get based on your skin type, skin tone and the kind of makeup looks you wish you achieve, keeping in mind your budget.

8. What brands of cosmetics do you use?

I use a variety of professional makeup from M.A.C, Makeup Forever, The Makeup Store, Clinique, Shu Uemura, and mineral pigments from established cosmetic companies ie Everyday Minerals, Silk Naturals.

So far, I have never encountered anyone getting an allergic or unpleasant reaction from the makeup I use on them.

I use a fresh new cosmetic sponge for everyone and I always wash my hands with soap before starting the makeup. I clean and sanitise all my makeup brushes before I use them on my clients, especially the eye makeup brushes and lip brushes. Same thing for all my combs and hair brushes.

Its very important to maintain a high standard of hygiene when we do makeup on so many different people.
